The autogenerated code is slightly different for different backends. The code is correct, but the order of state definitions would differ. When doing the integration tests we would have to keep multiple golden copies of slightly different files. This was annoying. In the autocoder, we just do a little bit of sorting on states and we normalize junction names to make a consistent backend regardless of the model type input.
